Citrus and wine Waitoa drumsticks

Chicken Drumsticks (skin on)

Ingredients
(Serves 4-6)
  • ¼ cup Olivado oil
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon rind

Method

Combine all ingredients until mixed well then marinate chicken for 30 minutes to 2 hours in a shallow bowl in the fridge. Bake or BBQ chicken drumsticks.

Serve with a salad and crusty bread for an easy meal.
