To begin, in a small bowl, combine your mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Mix well and set aside in the fridge.
Waitoa chicken tenders, remove from packet and follow instructions. If using the air fryer, place on a lined tray, and fry on 200c for 15-20 minutes turning once through.
Once cooked, remove from the Air fryer and put into a large bowl.
Toss the chicken in a large bowl with about 80% of the bang bang sauce with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
From here, top the chicken with sliced red chilies, remainder of sauce, sliced spring onion and a sprinkle of salt and pepper before serving.
This dish can be served as a starter or snack for entertaining.
Bang Bang chicken can also be used as your protein as part of a larger meal. Great options are over rice, noodles or a bed of shredded lettuce.
