Gluten free multigrain wraps
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the chicken tenders on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on your oven type, turning once. (See cooking instruction on the tenders pack).
In the meantime heat your wrap (or leave cold). Once tenders are cooked pop them into your wrap and add some tomato salsa, avocado, sour cream and any other favourite ingredients.
