1 Farrah’s Premium White Wrap
Waitoa Ancient Grains Tenders
1 egg (boiled and quartered)
Caesar salad dressing
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Lay the wrap on a chopping board and prick all over with a sharp knife (this helps the hot air escape the wrap when it’s cooking in the tin). Push the wrap into a Farrah's Tortilla Wrap Bake Tin, making sure it’s centred.
Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until the basket becomes slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack - it will get crispy as it cools.
Fill the basket with cos lettuce, boiled egg and the cooked chicken (sliced). Sprinkle with shaved parmesan and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
Tips & Tricks:
• Farrah’s Bake Tins are great for creating wrap baskets to hold cold hot food – from Mexican dishes to soups, curries and salads!
• You can pre-make the baked baskets a couple of days before you need them. Bake as per the instructions, allow to cool and store in an airtight container or zip-seal bag.
